24 hr delegate dinner
Within the 24hour delegate package dinner can be taken from the a la carte menu. If the number of delegates exceeds 10 we will offer a Table d'hote menu which will be pre-ordered prior to dining. The menu below is an example of the menu: Wild mushroom risotto dressed with truffle oil Peppered chicken Caesar salad Roast Tomato and Red Pepper Soup *** Confit duck with a bean and chorizo cassoulet, with creamed potato Pan fried chicken breast with a thyme and vine tomato jus, served with a rosti potato Roast saddle of lamb with a rosemary jus and fondant potato *** Lemon tart with a lemon and lime sorbet and berry compote Chocolate brownie with banana ice cream Hot apple and cinnamon crumble with vanilla pod sauce *** Coffee and mints
